Questions
Why is tax separate from the price?
Cleaning services are taxable in Texas. You see the price, the 8.25% sales tax and the total as separate lines before you pay. Prices on this page are before tax.
Can the price change at the door?
No. Square footage, bathrooms, pets and condition don't change it. Extra work needs a new quote that you approve first.
What's in a standard clean?
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces.
What does a deep clean add?
Everything in a standard clean, plus inside the oven and fridge, and baseboards. Water and power need to be on.
What does a move-in or move-out clean add?
Everything in a deep clean, plus inside cabinets and closets. The home should be empty, with water and power on.
Who brings the supplies?
Your cleaner brings all supplies and equipment — or we can use your products, your choice. Your cleaner always brings a vacuum and mop.
How do you vet cleaners?
Every cleaner confirms they are 18 or older, authorized to work, and have a vehicle and a full kit, then signs our agreement and gives us a W-9. Last comes the background check: Social Security trace, national criminal database, sex offender registry and watchlists. No clear result, no job offers: our system blocks them. Only the assigned cleaner comes, with no helpers.
What do insured and bonded mean?
General liability insurance is for accidental damage or injury connected to a clean. The janitorial bond is for theft. If something happens, call us and the owner calls you back the same day.
How does the re-clean promise work?
Tell us what was missed within 24 hours of the visit. We agree a time, and a cleaner comes back and fixes it at no charge. The return visit gets its own checklist and photos.
What about pets?
Pets don't change the price. Please keep any dog that might bite or jump secured during the visit. If a cleaner doesn't feel safe, they stop and leave, and we contact you.
Do you hold a key to my home?
No, and that's a security rule. There is no key of yours to lose or copy. Be home, or give us a garage or smart-lock code for that visit. Only your assigned cleaner sees it, and we delete it if the visit is reassigned or your plan ends.
How do recurring plans work?
Standard cleans only. Every two weeks is 13% less per visit and every week is 21% less. Your card is charged each cycle until you cancel, and plans start within 7 days of booking. You keep your price until you change your plan or move.
How do I skip, reschedule or cancel?
Manage your plan by text, with no account or password. If you SKIP a paid visit at least 24 hours before its scheduled start and before your cleaner is committed, we carry it forward as a credit covering a visit in your next cycle, with no charge for that visit. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or once your cleaner is assigned and committed, the visit counts as used; the owner may review an exception. RESCHEDULE moves a visit. PAUSE holds your plan and billing and preserves any credit; RESUME restarts them. CANCEL ends your plan and future visits, and we refund paid visits that have not been delivered.
Where do you clean?
77494 (Katy), 77441 (Fulshear), 77433 and 77429 (Cypress), 77094 (Energy Corridor), and 77479 (Sugar Land). We go by ZIP code, not neighborhood: part of Cinco Ranch is in 77450, which we don't serve yet. Outside these ZIPs, enter yours when you book and join the waitlist.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure page, when you book. One visit: your card stays on file for future cleanings you book and approved charges related to this job. A plan: it is charged each cycle. Your cleaner never sees your card, and no cash changes hands on the day.
Do you need my address?
Yes, to send your cleaner. It stays private and is only shared with the cleaner assigned to your job.
Can I do all this in Spanish?
Yes. The site, the booking form, our texts and our phone line are all in Spanish. Your cleaner may speak only English.
